Today, due to the selfish nature of human beings, the voiceless mother cows are forced to wander from place to place, braving the scorching sun, heavy rain, and biting cold. At times, they even become victims of tragic road accidents. To protect these mute and helpless cows, the Aranyak Jan Seva Sanstha is running this cowshed (Gaushala) in Devprayag.
The renovation work of the cowshed (Gaushala), operated by the "Aranyak Jan Seva Sanstha" in Devprayag under the patronage of the Samoon Foundation, has been successfully completed. Upon the institution's request for repairs, the Samoon Foundation funded and executed the maintenance work at a total cost of ₹32,000/-.
