The use of this site is provided by SAMOON and is subject to the following Subject and contents.

1.      The Payment Gateway Service is being provided to the Donors so as to facilitate online donation/payment. By using these services of the payment Gateway, donors expressly agrees that use of this online payment service is entirely at their own risk and cost.

2.      The information provided by the user on this website shall be kept confidential and shall not be shared with anyone. The DATA will neither be made accessible to third parties nor transferred in any form or manner unless required by law.

3.     Once you given the donation, donated amount can not be refunded.

4.     Disclosing the donated amount in public domain, doner should not have any objection.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by  and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dehradun Courts, District of Uttarakhand.
