When Nandita(changed name) was very young, she lost her parents. Overcoming many struggles and challenges, Nandita(changed name) learned to live independently. Currently, she works as a domestic worker to support herself. Nandita(changed name) expresses her desire to study and make something of herself. She is currently studying in the second year of her Bachelor's degree. Nandita's maternal and ancestral home is in the same village where she resides. Her grandmother has played a significant role in her upbringing.
The condition of Nandita's house, which belongs to her parents, is quite worn. There are leakages during the rainy season, causing trouble for Sangita. She wishes to have her own room where she can live comfortably. When asked about repairing the current house, Sangita explains that several rooms are interconnected, and repairing only one room is not feasible. Therefore, if a separate room could be built on her paternal land, it would greatly help. Nandita(changed name ) estimates that constructing a room (a small hut) will cost around 300,000 rupees. You are welcome to contribute to helping Nandita(changed name) by sending your support amount to the following account. All donations received will be used to build a room for Nandita(changed name), and detailed accounts will be shared with you
Support Provided for Nandita(changed name) .
Nandita(changed name), who had lost her parents at a young age, was pursuing the second year of her Bachelor's degree while supporting herself through domestic work. Due to the poor condition of her ancestral house and severe leakages during the rainy season, she had requested support for constructing a separate room.
On 20 May 2025, the Samoon Foundation provided financial assistance of ₹80,000 through available donations and direct support to help improve her living conditions. Although the original request was for housing repair and construction, the amount received was ultimately used by Nandita(changed name) for her personal needs, and no rebuilding or renovation work was carried out. As a result, the planned construction of a separate room could not be completed
Samoon Foundation remains committed to ensuring that all support is provided with compassion and transparency.
