SCTI01 – Samoon Computer Training Center (Godadhar, Akhori, Tehri Garhwal).

The first Samoon Computer Training Institute (SCTI01) was established on December 24, 2021, in Godadhar, Akhori (Ghansali), Tehri Garhwal, Uttarakhand. The center provided free computer education to students who could not afford training fees, with a special focus on empowering youth and women through digital skills.
More than 175 students benefited from courses such as Basic Computer, Tally, Microsoft Office, Typing, and Video Editing. The center is managed by Trainer Vikram Shah and Coordinator Vijay Mohan Painuly, with valuable support from Gram Pradhan Anita Devi.
Through this initiative, students gained practical skills, increased confidence, and improved opportunities for education and employment in the digital age.

SCTI02 – Samoon Computer Training Center (Sumari Bhardhar, Tilwara, Rudraprayag).

SCTI02 – Samoon Computer Training Center, located in Sumari Bhardhar, Tilwara (Rudraprayag), was launched on October 19, 2021, as part of Samoon Foundation’s mission to provide free computer education to underserved communities in Uttarakhand. The center successfully trained around 60 students in basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, typing, and practical digital tools before completing its scheduled term on December 07, 2023.
Under the guidance of Trainer Nikita and the coordination of Vijay Mohan Painuly, with support from Gram Pradhan Umed Singh Chauhan, the project made a meaningful impact on the local community. Through practical learning, students gained valuable digital skills, confidence, and greater opportunities for their future.

SCTI03 – Samoon Computer Training Center (Sour, Patti – Bharpoor, Tehri Garhwal).

Launched on March 10, 2024, the SCTI03 Center in Sour, Patti Bharpoor, Tehri Garhwal, was established by Samoon Foundation to provide free computer education in a remote area of Uttarakhand.
The center successfully served 30 beneficiaries, offering training in computer fundamentals, MS Office, typing, and digital literacy. The program was led by Trainer Vijendra Kumar with operational support from Program Coordinator Dhirendra Rawat, ensuring quality education and smooth center operations.
Through this initiative, SCTI03 helped bridge the digital divide and empowered local residents with valuable skills, confidence, and greater opportunities for the future.

The Samoon Foundation proudly inaugurated its fourth Computer Training Institute (SCTI04) on April 1, 2024, at its Head Office in Shyampur, Rishikesh, Uttarakhand. The center quickly grew into a successful hub for digital learning, serving students from diverse backgrounds.
The institute provided free practical training in Microsoft Office, Tally with GST, typing, internet applications, and basic AI technologies, helping bridge the digital divide in the community.
Under the guidance of Trainer Manoj Kumar Srivastava and the coordination of Komal Chauhan, SCTI04 successfully empowered numerous learners with valuable digital skills and contributed significantly to Samoon Foundation’s mission of promoting education and skill development.

SCTI05 – Samoon Computer Training Center (Kotsara, Patti – Sitaunsyu, Pauri Garhwal).

At Samoon Foundation, we believe that learning becomes most effective when it is enjoyable, practical, and connected to real life.

With the generous support of Pravasi Uttarakhandi Shri Aman Bisht Ji, a free summer camp was organised from 1 June 2026 at Samoon Computer Training Institute (SCTI05), Village Kotsara, Post Office Mahadev Market, Patti Sitaunsyu, District Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand.

The camp provided children with opportunities to learn computer skills, digital literacy, basic English communication, typing, and other educational activities. Along with academics, children enthusiastically participated in cricket, football, and fun learning exercises that made education more engaging and enjoyable.
A unique feature of the camp was the exchange of learning between children. Students visiting the village from Delhi and other metropolitan cities during their summer vacations voluntarily taught computer skills, English, and digital awareness to local children, while village children introduced them to outdoor games and teamwork through sports activities.
The camp became a platform where children from different backgrounds learned from each other, built friendships, and grew together. We sincerely thank Shri Aman Bisht Ji for supporting this initiative and creating valuable learning opportunities for rural children.
