A resident of Gram Kirod Nav Pani, Post Office & Patti - Bharpur, Tehri Garhwal (Uttarakhand), Mr. Sharat Singh Chauhan’s 17-year-old son, Ankit Singh Chauhan, is currently fighting between life and death.

Ankit, who was just about to take flight toward his dreams, has suddenly fallen victim to a severe kidney disease.

Tests revealed that one of his kidneys has completely failed, and the other is functioning at only 60%. Doctors have advised immediate surgery to save his life.

So far, more than ₹1 lakh has already been spent on tests and initial treatment. Treatment under the Ayushman Card is possible up to ₹5 lakhs, but the remaining additional cost of about ₹3–4 lakhs is impossible for this poor family to bear.

Ankit’s father works in Dehradun in a small job to support the family. He cannot afford such a huge expense under any circumstances.

Ankit’s eyes still hold unfulfilled dreams — to complete his education, become the support of his parents, and make his village proud. But these dreams will only come true if we all join hands to help save his life.

We humbly request you to contribute as much as possible to help save this young boy’s life. Every small or big contribution is priceless for his survival.

Your help will be a gift of a new life for Ankit.

Ankit Singh Chauhan, the 17-year-old son of Mr. Sharat Singh Chauhan from Gram Kirod Nav Pani, Tehri Garhwal, had been suffering from a severe kidney disease. Medical tests revealed that one kidney had completely failed, while the other was functioning at only 60%, making immediate surgery necessary. The family had already spent over ₹1 lakh on tests and initial treatment, but additional expenses of ₹3–4 lakhs remained beyond their means despite Ayushman Card support.

To support his treatment, Samoon Foundation extended financial assistance of ₹51,000. The cheque was handed over to his mother, Mrs. Uma Devi, at the Rishikesh office, providing much-needed hope to the family during a difficult time. The foundation sincerely thanked all its members and donors whose continued support made this humanitarian assistance possible.
