Now house & toilet construction of three orphen siblings of Khainuri Village

Some time ago, Samoon Foundation came to know about the painful situation of three young children Sanjana, Sakshi, and Ayush from Khainuri village in Chamoli district. After the untimely loss of their parents, Late Shri Nain Singh Bisht and Late Smt. Kusuma, the children were living alone in a dilapidated ancestral house, isolated from neighbors and basic safety.

One of their biggest daily struggles was a broken toilet located far away from the house, which made nights especially during winters unsafe and difficult. To ensure their safety, we initially suggested shifting them closer to their school in a populated area. However, the children chose to stay in their parents’ ancestral home, holding on to their roots and memories.

Moved by their courage, several kind-hearted individuals came forward to support them. With collective efforts, a new toilet was constructed first, followed by the complete renovation of their house. Today, the home stands fully restored, providing the children with safety, dignity, and hope.

This success story is a living example of how compassion and unity can change lives. Samoon Foundation sincerely thanks all donors and supporters who made this transformation possible. Special gratitude to Gram Pradhan Shri Virendra Singh Bisht, whose guidance ensured the successful completion of this work.

This is not just a rebuilt house it is a new beginning for three innocent lives.
