✔ 11 Skill Centres Established

Fully functional training centres with trained instructors.

✔ 410 Women Skilled

Women from remote villages, economically poor families, single mothers, widows, and youth.

✔ 70–90 Women Started Earning

Some started home-based tailoring, some employed in boutiques, and some launched micro-enterprises.

✔ Increased Household Income

Rs. 2,000–4,000 extra monthly income for many families.

Success Story:
A widow from Shyampur Rishikesh now earns Rs. 6,000–7,000 per month stitching daily-wear clothes.
Sustainability Plan:
- Provide continuous advanced training.
- Create micro-enterprise groups in each centre.
- Facilitate marketing linkages for stitched products.
- Start production units for school uniforms and woolen items.
- Expand the SSDC model to 10 more villages in the next 2 years.
